INGREDIENTS:
- 06 yolks
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 01 cup margarine
- 01 cup Milhena corn starch
- 03 cups wheat flour
- 01 tablespoon baking soda
- 01 cup milk
- 02 cups chopped bananas
- 6 egg whites
- ½ cup water (use only what’s needed)
PREPARATION:
Whip the yolks, sugar and margarine. Mix sieved Milhena corn starch, flour and baking soda. Reserve it. Mix the milk and chopped bananas in a blender. Alternate dry ingredients with milk (do not use mixer). Add water if necessary, and finally the whipped egg whites.
