CHOCOLATE BONBON
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 liter milk
- 2 glasses (200 ml) sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Xoc Mix or Xocopinho Turbinado cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
TURBINADO:
- 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó.
PREPARATION:
- Mix everything and take it to fire until the pan bottom can be seen
- Pour it on a tray, let it cool a little, and then roll up the bonbons. If desired, fill them with prunes or nuts
