INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package of corn starch cookies (Maria)
- 1 ½ can milk
- 3 tablespoons Xoc Mix or Xocopinho Turbinado cocoa powder
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
PREPARATION:
Mix a little milk with 1 spoon of cocoa powder, soak the cookies in it and place the cookies on the insides and bottom of a glass baking tray. In a pan, add the can of condensed milk, milk, Xoc Mix or Xocopinho Turbinado cocoa and the 2 yolks. Stir continuously until thick. Pour over the cookies. Whip the egg whites until slightly hard, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, evaporated milk and pour over the cream. Take it into freezer for chilling; take it out about 10 before serving.
